This is a very nice article by Shaniqua James about Conor Foley, a senior at the School of the Arts.
It is clear to see from the Interview that Conor’s Irish roots are important to him and he appears to have been a big fan of Irish dancing when he was younger. Even today, he likes Irish music.
It’s great to read that he loves basketball and baseball also, although I’m not sure if his older brother would be happy that Conor is now better than him at both!!
Sadly, Conor’s father passed away a year before this interview, but his family are still very important to him. It would be great to know if his father or grandfather were from Ireland or how far back his Irish connections go.
Unsurprisingly, with a name like Conor Foley, he grew up as a Roman Catholic, and even less surprising after all the things we’ve discovered about the Catholic Church, he does not go to mass very often!
This Interview was conducted back in 2010. If you know where Conor went to College or where he is now, please leave a Comment in the Comments section below.
